A cash advance loan (also called a payday loan) is a short-term loan secured by your paycheck. We advance money to you and you pay us back by ACH Debit to your checking account on the payday you designate.

An ACH (Automatic Clearing House), is the electronic system setup by banks to transfer funds between themselves.
Who uses payday loans?
Usually low-income working consumers, including welfare-to-work women, military personnel, and others who have little to no savings and live paycheck to paycheck.
What are the requirements for approval?
You must have been in your current job for at least 3
months drawing at least $800. In addition, you must have a valid checking account.
What do payday lenders do if they cannot get their money back?
Since payday lenders require that you leave a check, they turn in the check and if you don't have sufficient funds they can start legal action. Your wages may be attached, you may be charged with check fraud and you will certainly be required to pay for legal expenses.
